Simple way to make Thailand’s signature stir-fried noodles – Pad Thai.
Recipe for 1-2 servings:
Dried/fresh rice noodles
Prawns
Eggs
1-3 tbsp dried shrimps
Beansprout
1 tbsp Preserved Chinese radish (chopped)
Chinese chives
2-3 Garlic (chopped)
2-3 Shallots (chopped)
½ piece firm beancurd
1 tbsp Ground roasted peanuts (chopped)
3 tbsp Tamarind juice
4 tbsp Palm sugar
2 ½ tbsp Fish sauce
